Most of the images on my site are available for purchase as a print. Those not available will most likely be the street portraits and a handful of others for various reasons. I have included a Paypal option to purchase a print from my site. Please note that this option is only applicable to non commercial customers, and in essence print sales are for personal use in a domestic environment ie. hanging on walls.

Printing Specific

Any print below A3 in size is printed using the HP B9180 printer together with a range of HP Digital Fine Art papers. HP claims that this system provides an archival print which will last between 80 and 200 years.

Matching Colour

I employ a calibrated colour managed workflow which ensure that prints remain close to the image I see on my monitor. it is however impossible to obtain a 100% exact match of monitor to print and therefore purchasers must bear this in mind.

Furthemore, I frequently re-process the images I sell in order to optimise them for print reproduction. In short, I try my best to provide you with a great art print.

Commissions

I am available for commissions and particularly welcome enquiries from private and business clients who are looking for creative solutions shot in my particular style . As stated elswhere, I don't categorise the work I produce, and so for instance, if you are looking for a fresh approach to shooting your wedding then I'd like to discuss that with you.

I have on numerous occasions spotted my photographs being displayed on various other websites. Whilst I don't have an army of spies working on my behalf I do get the occasional tip off. So for all of those people who like to 'borrow' my photos, may I remind you that all of the images on this website are Copyright © 2005-2007 John Washington.

Of course if you do want to licence any of the photographs you see here, I'm sure that this can be arranged by negotiating a competitive fee. In addition, If you want to licence an image I can place a high resolution version on my server for download quickly.
